Gisah S. Hollander |

Gisah Hollander [1978] graduated in Netherlands Law from the University
of Leiden (the Netherlands) in 2002. She was sworn in as a lawyer
in the first half of 2003 and is a board member of the Curaçao
Bar Association of Junior Lawyers. During her study in Leiden Gisah
applied herself particularly to Commodity Law, Insolvency Law and
Labor Law. Preparing for her final thesis she made a profound study
of the existence of the fiduciary transfer of ownership concurrently
with the undisclosed pledge in the Netherlands Antilles. As an attorney
she will initially apply herself to the general and support-providing
practice. |
