Janine Rous [1981] graduated in Netherlands Law at the University of Leiden (the Netherlands) in 2005. During her study in Leiden Janine applied herself particularly to Criminal Law, Contracting, Commodity Law and Child law. Preparing for her final thesis she did a comparative law study on the fight against money laundering in the Dutch Antilles and in the Netherlands. She made a profound study of the added value of the implementation of the legal duty to report unusual money transactions for lawyers within the Dutch Antilles for the cooperation in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in connection with the fight against money laundering. As an attorney she will apply herself to the commercial practice. |
