Corporate and fiscal law are music to my ears
Stringing pieces of music smoothly together, I consider a challenge. In so doing it is of importance to think beforehand about the right moment to have one piece of music flow smoothly into another. This, without disrupting the rhythm or the overall pitch of the music. This requires a sound planning, feeling for rhythm, and the ability to attune the velocity of the beat and pitch of the various pieces of music and to conciliate them to one another.
A similar thorough and methodical approach also plays an essential role in my daily practice of law. As a lawyer and fiscal specialist, I am especially versed in incepting holdings, financing and royalty structures and acquiring various advantages in fiscal and civil law by utilizing, amongst other things, the Foundation Private Fund and the E-zone facilities, at which I also advise on setting up structures which are advantageous in relation to tax law for collecting and obtaining royalty income. Furthermore, in my capacity of authorized representative of trademarks, I see to the protection under civil law of brand names, patents and other types of intellectual property, at which I also advise on incepting structures which are advantageous in relation to tax law for collecting and obtaining royalty income. To put it briefly, through my ability to view matters from the perspective of civil law, as well as the perspective of tax law, I maintain for my clients a perfect equilibrium on the boundary between corporate and tax law.
