How you express yourself, is what counts
Formerly I used to play the piano. Regretfully playing the piano was set to a lower tone of interest by the end of my advanced secondary education and during my studies. Anyway, I don’t think that I would have really made my neighbors next-door and below of my little apartment in the Netherlands quite happy.

From all the different types of music I prefer classical music. I can still wrap myself completely in this kind of music. Therefore I often listen to the piano concerts of Beethoven in the car while driving to Court and on Sundays. Nice, much passion and at the same time comforting. These are also the characteristics, in my opinion, needed as a lawyer.

The lawyer in practice
In May of 2004 Johanneke completed her studies in Dutch law at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. She finished her studies in Dutch law in two sections, to wit Private law and Labour law & Social Policy. After and during her studies she was in charge of and occupied with collections at various corporate offices.
In 2005 Johanneke entered into the service of Small Murray Scheper. Her specialties are within the field of labour law, in view of her specialization during her studies, and construction law, due to the fact that she originates from a constructional family. Johanneke focuses on the practice of general civil law, by which she is in fact to be considered an all-round lawyer. At the moment she is a member of the Board of the Bar of Associate lawyer- trainees in Curaçao.
