Knowledge and mental power create power!
For me, a good game of tennis depends on three factors. The first factor is the principle of a good game of tennis, which is a good condition. I achieve a good condition by training regularly. The second factor is the technique of my game. Important is the ability to place the tennis ball exactly where I want. And the third factor is the mental power. Under difficult and rough circumstances it is mental power that help people to follow through at there best abilities and not give up.
In my opinion, the abovementioned factors also play an important role in my profession as a lawyer. In order to protect a client interests the right way, a good basis is needed. Knowledge of law as well as knowledge of all relevant facts and circumstances is a must. The correct legal actions have to be determined and executed. And because of mental power, the aim will never be lost out of sight.

In August 2007 Joyceline finished her studies in Dutch Law at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, specializing in Business Law and Management. Additional to Business Law, the specialization included business economics in order to optimally represent and assist legal entities. During her studies Joyceline gained experience in finance in commercial companies as well as non-profit companies. As of November 2007 Joyceline joined Small Murray Scheper, attorneys at law, where Joyceline practices general law.
