Eye and survey for detail in a sea of facts and judicial questions
Diving is a thrill but also a complicated and serious sport. Every dive requires a thorough preparation and during the dive it is required to explicitly follow the rules: you have to check your gear, check your enough oxygen and in correlation to not dive too deep or stay under too long, not only for your self but also for your diving buddy. Yes, during diving it is of the utmost importance to keep your head clear and ready. Diving is for me a purely leisure. Its like heaven to drifty above a reef, surrounded by fishes in all sorts, measures and in a wide variety of colors one could imagine. There is so much to see under the see level. To be sure that I do not miss anything I always look around me during diving, to observe the rif in turtles, barracudas, stingrays or even a shark. Simultaneously I have an eye for the more little ones of that under water world. To see those a different approach is needed, A hippocampus (sea hores) is not easy to spot between the underwater plants and weeds, for that you really have to scroll close along the reef. When staying close in a drift above the reef it is than that you will notice the littlest ones of that underwater world. The same way I put in practice during my work. Next to the fact that as an attorney you have to abide by and practice (legal) rules, it is of utmost importance when handling a case to know all facts and to achieve an oversight in that. It is like floating above the facts, study them and try to set them in a correct understandable order. Subsequently it is required to intently deepen your understanding of sometimes complex legal questions. Its like diving into the law, law history, jurisprudence and literature until you find the right suitable answer.
